FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

How loud is it?
There is no volume adjustment, but rather your voice will be recorded at approximately the same volume as you speak into the recorder. It is recommended you are fairly close to the mic when you record, and that you test the collar at least once before you attach it to your dog to see if it is loud enough to suit your needs.
Can I record new messages?
You can record and rerecord as many times as you want, but can only have 6 messages at any time.
Can I use this collar on other animals?
This is better off being used with dogs, but other pets might be able to get use out of it.
Is it waterproof/ weatherproof?
No, it is neither waterproof or water resistant. This product can naturally be used outdoor, but should not be used in water or in rainy/snowy conditions. Doing so will damage the unit.
