Fleet Management Package

K00025 – Task management and vehicle tracking of small fleets. Camera, GPS, NVR, Management Server.

ACTi’s Fleet Management solution package is a very suitable task management and vehicle tracking solution for small fleets with up to 8 vehicles, such as small-sized shipping companies, school bus fleets, local community bus fleets, and other vehicle groups.

There is a mini dome camera, GPS positioning device and a video recorder in the vehicle. The Fleet Management Server is located in the management office and it can access the vehicle through the 3G wireless network. Through the Fleet Management Server, it is possible to manage the tasks of vehicles and drivers, track their position on the map together with a live video feed, and be notified of the exceptions. Additionally, the vehicle and driver work reports can be viewed.

With the optional Video Offload Server, it is possible to retrieve the recorded videos and store them on a steady server, using Wi-Fi network without bandwidth expenses. The video offload will begin automatically when the vehicle arrives in a designated Wi-Fi area. This service is not included in the basic solution package and can be purchased separately.
